The homeowner's general meeting of DMPOA, Inc. will be held on Saturday August 17, 2013 at 11:00AM. The location is 14 Dorothy Circle, in Dave & Bobbie Knepp's front yard. Please plan to attend as we have some important issues to discuss.
Following the meeting we will have our annual picnic. There is no charge for lot owners, but if you wish to bring guests, we request a donation to cover the costs. The association will provide Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Soda and Beer. Everyone with a last name A - L should bring a covered dish and M - Z should bring a desert. Each should serve at least 12 people. Bring your own lawn chairs.
If you rent your home there are new restrictions on the process required by the Association. We have implemented these policies in response to problems experienced, especially when dealing with rental properties. These are to protect our members as well as helping the renter to protect their property.
If you are renting a property you also have restrictions and obligations, the same as our homeowners. So, please talk to your renter to understand what is required.
Our web site changes frequently. Please view the site often as we post important information on the site. We are always looking to improve the content and usefulness of this site to our community. We could use some ideas to make this new site more helpful to the community.
One idea is to post information about various contractors in the area that those who are not local could call on. Our own "Angies List" can be used to promote great work or warn your neighbors about inferior work. We have implemented our handyman list in response to this request. (See the Members Page)
